MCID

We create environments that allow healthy leadership, transformative teamwork and courageous dialogue to flourish. Individual work on personal identity lays the foundation for motivated, inspired and influential teams to emerge. Coaching and lifelong learning are at the heart of our methods, which also become second nature to the leaders we serve through our program. Sharpen your calling and become the leader you were truly created to be.

What does MCID bring to School of Inspiration, Innovation & Influence?

We stand for the individual, against a culture of oppression. We believe in change that begins with the individual, and want to raise a generation that is not afraid to live by their inner values. In what we call the revolution of leadership, power and responsibility transition to the individual in a radical way: everyone leads, not only the big and the strong. Revolutionary leadership is about stepping out of fear and control and into trust and freedom.

The individual is therefore to find one’s identity, which is a process that allows one to learn and team up with others in order to create something better together. By working together, teams learn to create change in the midst of their everyday lives, which in its turn leads to resilience and flexibility in learning even under pressure. Big changes always begin with small actions, and we can all take leadership in those changes.

Leadership is not a title anymore, but a way of living. What would you do if you were not afraid?
